WINNER RELEASE
In connection with my participation in the NBA BOUNCE “Launch Giveaway” I, the undersigned (“Winner”), hereby agree as follows:

– 1.Verification of Identity
I represent and warrant that I am the individual selected as a potential winner of the Promotion and that all information provided by me to NBA Properties, Inc. (“NBAP”) and Outright Games Ltd (collectively, the “Released Parties”) is true, complete, and accurate. I agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by NBAP or the Partner to verify my identity, eligibility, and compliance with the official rules of the Promotion.

– 2. Publicity Release
I hereby grant to the Released Parties, and their respective affiliates, licensees, designees, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right and license to use my name, likeness, image, (collectively, “Likeness”) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, for advertising, promotional, publicity, and other commercial purposes in connection with the Promotion and the business of the Released Parties, without any additional compensation, consideration, notice, or approval, unless prohibited by law.

– 3. Release of Liability
I hereby fully release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind, known or unknown, which may arise out of or relate in any way to the Promotion, my participation therein, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

– 4. General Terms
I acknowledge and agree that this Release is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
If any provision of this Release is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
