The Elf on the Shelf®: Christmas Heroes – Launch Giveaway. October 17th, 2025
The following terms and conditions (the “Rules”) set out the terms for The Elf on the Shelf®: Christmas Heroes – Launch Giveaway, starting October 17th, 2025 (the “Giveaway”).

Section A) Definitions and Introduction:
• “Giveaway Post” – the Instagram post announcing the Giveaway.
• “Contestant” – any natural person who enters the Giveaway.
• “Intellectual Property Rights” – patents, copyrights, trademarks, designs, trade dress, goodwill, and all other intellectual property rights worldwide, whether registered or unregistered.
• “Submitted Content” – any materials submitted as part of the Giveaway, including screenshots, images, or comments.
• “us”, “we”, “our” – references to Outright Games Ltd.
• “Winner” – a prize recipient of the Giveaway.
• “You” – a Contestant entering or winning the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is sponsored solely by Outright Games. We will conduct the Giveaway as described in these Rules.
LUMISTELLA, THE ELF ON THE SHELF, and all associated trademarks are owned by and used under license from CCA and B, LLC. CCA and B, LLC are not responsible for administration of the Giveaway.

Section B) Eligibility:
• Entrants must be 18+
• If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
• Entrants must be European residents.
• Employees or contractors of Outright Games, CCA and B, LLC, or related parties may not enter.

Section C) Agreement to the Rules:
By entering, you agree to these Rules and accept the decisions of Outright Games as final.

• Starts October 17th, 2025 3pm BST
• Ends October 24th, 2025 3pm BST

Content Guidelines:
• Must not defame or infringe on the rights of others.
• Must not include copyrighted or unauthorized third-party content.
• Must not be offensive, sexually explicit, illegal, or harmful.
• Limited to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be invalid.
No purchase necessary. Winners will be selected randomly via EasyPromos.

Second Prize (1 Winner):
• One (1) The Elf on the Shelf® doll – $34.95 (≈ €29.98 / £25.80)
• One (1) digital copy of The Elf on the Shelf®: Christmas Heroes – $39.95 (≈ €34.29 / £29.49)
Third Prize (1 Winner):
• One (1) digital copy of The Elf on the Shelf®: Christmas Heroes – $39.95 (≈ €34.29 / £29.49)
o Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If unavailable, Outright Games reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.
Note: Euro and Pound amounts are approximate, based on indicative rates as of 2 Sept 2025. Actual values may vary at the time of fulfilment.
No cash substitution. Prize is non-transferable. Substitutions may be made if necessary.

Section G) Winner Selection and Notification:
• Winners selected randomly and notified via Instagram DM within 1 day.
• Winners must respond within 5 days with delivery details.
• If a Winner cannot be contacted or fails to comply with the Rules, a new Winner will be selected.

Section H) Cancellation:
Outright Games may cancel, delay, or restart the Giveaway if required due to technical issues or force majeure.

Section I) Data Privacy & IP Rights:
• Entries processed per the Outright Games Privacy Policy: https://www.outrightgames.com/privacy-policy/
• By entering, you grant Outright Games and CCA and B, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your content for promotional purposes.

Section J) Release & Limitation of Liability:
• By participating, you release Outright Games, CCA and B, LLC, and affiliates from any liability related to the Giveaway or prizes.
• Liability does not extend to death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Network or technical failures do not create liability.

Section K) Law & Jurisdiction:
The Giveaway is governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
